Yes, we use a litho laminate process for the majority of our corrugated SRPs, rather than flexo. This is ideal for full-colour printing of SRPs which gives your product greater stand-out on shelf compared to a standard single-colour on Kraft board. We also use litho process for cartonboard SRPs which is a cost-effective and fast production method.

It depends on the product, but we can usually print as low as 5,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands.

We can also print as few as 1,000 units per SKU for multiple orders.

Yes, the board we use is suitable for ambient, fridge and freezer environments. It is specially designed to withstand the moisture that comes with these environments. We also use specialist inks and coatings to ensure the print doesn’t run or leach and stays looking fabulous even after a few weeks in cold storage.

We offer both crash-lock (0713) and tuck-flap (0201) styles for SRPs which means you can choose the best option for your production method. A crash-lock, or auto-lock, base is very efficient for hand packing lines in particular as they are fast to assemble. Tuck-flap (0201) styles are ideal for automated packing lines which use robots or machinery to apply tape to the flaps.
