Snap lock boxes have a unique locking base created by 4 interlocking folding tabs that, when folded, combine to create a secure base that doesn’t require any glue or tape. These boxes only require a single glue-line along the packaging side and can be customised to include hanging tabs, die cut windows and a variety of printing embellishments.

The snap lock base is assembled by hand as the box is filled, this creates a strong and sturdy box perfect for heavier products. Supplied flat for easy storage, snap lock boxes are a very popular style of box due to their low print and production costs.

Despite the obvious benefits to choosing a snap lock box, they do tend to be more fiddly to assemble at the packing end. Therefore, it’s advisable to consider the assembly time and ease when choosing a snap lock box.
