About Our Gable Top Boxes

Gable top boxes are a simple cost-effective way to create visually interesting packaging. They have a tapered top which creates a triangular shape which can be sealed with a sticker, tuck-flap, postal-lock or other closure mechanism. Not only are our gable top boxes fully customised to your products, they are also pre-glued on the side seam (and on the base for crash-lock style) and packed flat for easy storage.

Due to their eye-catching shape, gable top boxes are perfect for presenting baking kits, pre-packed pouches, cereals, tea, confectionary, snacks, reed diffuser kits and pet treats to name a few.

We enjoy creating new styles of packaging and gable top cartons lend themselves well to being combined with other box styles. For example, they can be teamed with a crash-lock and tuck-end bottom to create a sturdy base that will keep your packaging secure whilst in transit and on-shelf. A gable top box is a box with a tapered top that is folded to create a pyramid shape. This top can then be securely sealed with a tuck-flap, postal-lock, sticker or other closing mechanism depending on your product.

Yes, we can. We have a design studio in-house with a team of creatives to create your brand from scratch, or design your gable boxes to fit your existing product portfolio. Our design team are highly skilled in both the creative and technical aspect of packaging design so that it not only looks good but is cost-effective to produce.

Do you have a minimum quantity?

We can print as low as 1,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands. We can also print as few as 250 per SKU for multiple orders. All packaging orders are printed litho unless specifically requested for digital printing.
