About Our Four Corner Trays

Our custom printed four corner trays are fully customisable in a range of finishes and styles, including lidded options, to help you design something that is both eye-catching and efficient. This includes freezer-safe boards for products that require refrigeration or freezing.

Other options include windows and apertures to create an all-in-one packaging format, ideal for retail shelves where visibility of the food inside is important.

Passionate about reducing our environmental impact, we are a Carbon Balanced Printer certified with the World Land Trust, so our operational carbon footprint has been offset. We also use vegetable-based, low-odour food grade inks so our printed four corner trays are both recyclable and biodegradable. They’re also available in Kraft and recycled board options for maximum sustainability.

We deliver locally in the UK and around the world to your business, processing plant or hold in stock for call-off to enable a fast and seamless operational flow.

What is a four corner tray?

A four corner tray is often an open-top tray with sturdy pre-glued corners perfect for displaying food products. The strong pre-glued corners provide high strength and stability keeping the contents within protected – ideal for soft bakery products that are susceptible to squashing. These trays can be paired with a lid for extra security.

One key benefit of four corner trays is that the corners are delivered folded flat to minimise storage space. And what’s more, they are very quick to assemble (either by hand or automated on a packing line) thanks to the pre-glued corner construction.

Our design team are highly skilled in both the creative and technical aspect of packaging design so that it not only looks good but is cost-effective to produce.

Do you have a minimum quantity?

It depends on the product, but we can usually print as low as 5,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands. We can also print as few as 1,000 per SKU for multiple orders. All packaging orders are printed litho unless specifically requested for digital printing.
