We helped Spencer develop his luxury sleeve packaging with spot UV varnish for his launch. And have since helped him refine his Precision Prep packaging, as he scales up to make it more cost-effective and to reduce his unit costs per sleeves.
We've done this by optimising the print runs, so that he is getting the best balance between cash flow and unit cost. We'll continually be refining the size and specification of the sleeves to help him maintain that balance as Precision Prep scales up.
We have also been working with Spencer to keep lead times down, so he was able to hit production targets - even during the Christmas period!
