Specialist food manufacturer Posh Cow Dairy asked us to produce luxury packaging sleeves for their whipped butter range, to sell the product in retail stores.
Posh Cow's agency came up with the stunning illustrated designs for the various butter flavours and introduced the subtle 'flecks' of gold foil to add a touch of sparkle to the sleeves.
We had to ensure the creases were in the right positions and the foiling areas were thick enough to highlight the metallic gold but thin enough to be subtle!
The butter packaging sleeves were then folded and glued by machine in bulk and shipped to the client in time for their launch.
The final food tub sleeves measured 285mm x 83mm with full colour printing throughout including gold foil block across two different designs. These designs have been printed onto 300gsm silk board which has been scored, folded and glued in one position.
